NICK DICOSOLA
PRESIDENT

Nick founded the DiCosola Group in Chicago after more than 10 years of developing successful, high-end, custom residential homes. Though he’s still passionate about custom residential construction, Nick expanded his scope of work in 2008 to include multifamily, medical, and multi-use developments, establishing partnerships with many of Chicago’s leading real estate and corporate executives. Nick’s personal commitment to excellence on every project upholds the DiCosola Group’s reputation for quality and reliability. Nick graduated with a Bachelors of Science from Culver-Stockton College and a Masters of Science from Austin Peay State University.

PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
